Here’s a PDF which explains and shows clearly how to install and uninstall the receivers / licenses from a Roger iN Microphone. Also includes a You Tube Video of how to do it with a Roger On iN Microphone.
This is great! Now I know how the Phonak rep installed the Roger software receiver license.
Any idea where to get the PIN held in the fingertips?
I saw it on my audi’s desk after the demo - never even saw the Phonak gal using it! - and said, “Someone’s lost a pin here!” I didn’t know it was integral to installing the license, doh. Or I’d have asked where I can get one.
same tool used to remove receivers the M and P series aids or remove a sim card from a phone.
Oh, thank you! I’m glad I found your site.
Unfold a small paperclip. That works well also.
Hi there! Is it safe to say I can purchase a Roger on in mic from eBay and use the info here to pair them with my KS10’s? I have the phonak target software already up and running. I need a directional mic for my type of hearing loss and am not ready to fork over an arm and leg for new hearing aids AND a separate mic. Thanks😊
@Tiffy Yeah, it is pretty safe. I would save the picture that shows the serial number, especially if the seller is selling the Roger On iN for parts only or does not accept returns. If you can do with one without a working display (if you have downloaded the MyRogerMic app you don’t need a display) I have a version 1 I can send you for free. If the question is will the Roger work with the KS10, the answer is yes.
