Phonak Target Software... Last try before I give up

Hello
I have an Airlink 2 which was updated to noahlink when I bought it secondhand and worked perfectly with Target 7.1.
I now have Target 7.3 and it can’t find the Airlink2.
Do I need to update the Airlink? If so, how do I do that?

Any suggestions gratefully received.
Thanks
Dawn

A (readily available firmware update) will cause GN ReSound’s proprietary Airlink 2 device to become an industry standard Noahlink Wireless device.

Here’s an excerpt from a DIY School PDF file named (04 Noahlink Wireless - Instructions For Use);

This is likely the root of your problem. If you don’t have too much invested in customization on your new PC, then a Windows Reset would fix it. But you would be restarting at the beginning with a new fresh Windows and losing all of your previous settings.

Uninstall Target and then Re-Install Target might work.

ETA: There is also an option to export your setting first. And then you could import them back into Target after re-installing. So maybe export/uninstall/reinstall/import;

It’s already had the update, if it worked on 7.1 then it’ll work on 7.3, I use Airlink2 and have no issues on 7.3, as @pvc says it’s going to be your new PC, a simple uninstall and install of target, windows does it driver “thing” at this time so maybe it’s this.

the problem seems to have been that the driver fir airlink was not installed automatically so i went to the website and downloaded it and now it connects. thanks everyone

Just got a new computer so I’m looking for the latest Target software and would appreciate any help via PM. Thanks

Sure, don’t forget you’ll need the correct programming device as well.

May you send me the link for the phonak target software, please. I need it to for my phonak nathos w and phonak nathos UP w hearing aids please. Is a code needed. Many thanks

Sure, but don’t forget you’ll need the correct programming device as well.

You need the iPFG software for these which is very old and available on the Phonak website.

You also need an unlock code but we don’t have that for the much older Nathos.

You would also need the first generation iCube and NOT the iCube II.

Your Nathos UP W are the old Core Generation Phonak Naida V UP which came out in 2008.

Sorry for the delay answering for some personal reasons I have been away.
I got the software from the Pirate Bay as a torrent about nine months ago, it was version 5.4, I believe that I no longer have but the one installed on my PC has been updating to version 8.3 now, but the downloaded 8.3 cannot be installed on another PC, is asking for a serial number.
Anybody has one?
