Oticon appears to be shifting from better (Opn/More) to faster and more present/intentional (Real/Intent). They must have some marketing data to support this direction and the digital technology is now faster. Possibly Widex was gaining some ground with the claim of less delay in sound processing.

In one of the videos, they mention that the hearing aid is smaller thanks to the smaller battery (I think size 13).
Oticon More and Real have a replaceable 312 size battery, and the new Intent have a bigger 13 size battery. This makes the Intent hearing aids thicker but also provide longer runtimes.
to me from the pictures, Intend looks bigger than Real but it’s just me
