With thanks to all who have helped I am now up and running.

I can confirm the cables I sourced in the uk 058-0255 are wired CS44a.

They fitted easily into the Naida S with the socket under the cover but are hard to fit to the Nathos Auto SP with the socket in the battery compartment. Gently squeezing the metal ring with very small pliers helped. A longer length would be better but I have extended with PC PS/2 extension cables.

I tried that other software : Hearing Aid Adjustment Software - Target | Phonak

But i cant get that going

Hello, I’m new to this site. I am currently in the same situation as you. I currently wear the Audeo M90-13T. My audiologist is away for 3 months and my in the canal receiver cable has broke. My spare reciever sounds different for some reason and I need to get it adjusted.
Did you end up getting the software?

Think you need the Noahlink Wireless first to connect Aids to your laptop / computer and then remote adjustments can be done via the App BUT be aware, you can’t do all adjustments via the App.

Looking through the software it looks like I need the noahlink to connect to my HAs? Or some similar piece of hardware? I thought I could directly connect via bluetooth. Does the noahlink connect via bluetooth?

Yes you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device, it’s easily available on eBay.
Yes the Noahlink wireless uses bluetooth LE, but connect’s to your PC through USB.
