We applied a fix for the audiogram zeroes issue.
@AbramBaileyAuD I recently had issues with signing in etc, which are now fixed, however I wonder if there is now an issue with security. Once I was finally properly signed in to the forum, I saved it to my iPad homepage as my previous link took me to the hearing tracker main page. Now when I select my forum link I am still signed in. This makes it easy for me, but I am not sure it’s supposed to work like that.
Yes, in general you would stay signed in until your session expires or you log out manually, which you can do by following these steps:
Abram, I’m still not able to reset my password … I tried clicking on profile then preferences…then security… then clicked on send password reset e-mail… I then read you will receive a e-mail shortly waited 20 minutes no e-mail came so I tried again and this time I get an error/???
Check the email address you entered in your preferences and/or your spam folder in your mailbox. For example, in Gmail, forum mail could be delivered to a folder other than the main folder.

Abram I’m still not able to change my password after attemting multiple times over the last few days … below is what I see after clicking on the blue reset password, then I wait and check e-mail and YES I also checked my spam… NO E-MAIL ???

Hi, I’ve requested to have you and 2 others removed from our mail service’s block list, but they have not fixed the problem yet. I have also received your emails.
