Costco Kirkland Signature 9.0 (Product Information)

is there anyone successfully connected Roger Select In or Roger Pen In with KS9 without using Roger X licenses, can you explain your experiences?

I just had my ks9 repaired and they updated them and instead of the easy line app they loaded the phonics app This now has a lot more fine tuning options.

Do you mean “Phonak”?

Yes damn spell check

Hadn’t seen this before: Costco Kirkland 9.0 Vs Phonak Marvel 90

The article reads as if written before most of the KS9 upgrades and only has an update as to the availability of telecoil.

It was definitely initially written before any upgrades, but if read carefully, it includes all the current upgrades, including latest firmware upgrade. Essentially differences that remain are lack of a rechargeable or 13 battery size, tinnitus features and different microphone ports.

Just got my KS9’s upgraded to the new firmware. While I was at Costco I asked the fitter to disable the notification sounds for when my hearing aids connect/disconnect from the Costco TV Streamer which I find very annoying.

He said that he couldn’t disable the TV streamer notification sounds without disabling ALL of the notification sounds. Is this correct??

Thank you . . .

I think fitter might be right about that.

However, there’s another approach - it seems like you have automatic connecting to TV streamer when you’re in range, and if you’re around it, HAs will sing all the time.
I have it on manual (completely manual), so that means when TV connector is in range, I’ll get one more program, and it will be on the last position. Then I have to switch to the last program to activate it.
Buttons on HA (long press to switch programs if you have volume on short press), or app, or remote.

No annoying chimes, only when I want to connect it, I hear it, and when I don’t want it, click and it’s autosense back, and no more chimes

Maybe such thing would be solution for you as well.

Another option, depending on your preferences is turn TV Connect on when you start watching TV and get up and turn it off when you want to stop. You’ll get the 3chime autosense notification when you turn TV Connect off.

Can I pair KS9 with Iphone and connect KS9 Roger select at same time? I can listen phone calls from blue tooth connections and listen people talking at noisy restaurant without disconnect blue tooth or Roger Select. Of course I have to mute Roger Select in order to hear clear phone calls.

Pair and connect yes, but not listening/using at the same time.

BT connection will be there, but select when turned on will activate the roger program (assuming you have it set up on automatic). If you get phone call, HAs should switch to BT call program automatically. Didn’t tested it though so can’t say if switch is smooth, nor what happens after phone call, I assume it goes back to autosense.

Resound’s Multi-Mike works great - it has a Jack for stereo plug from most any audio device, including output from Listen’s Hearing assist systems. It links directly to HAs via Bluetooth. The mike is, of course, mobile, for moving speaker (the human kind) - constrained by Bluetooth limits. LRA

Does Resound muti-mic can be charged and connected to headphone jack at that same time

I liked this product, a friend of mine bought it as a combined birthday/christmas present due to the rather high price tag.

However... the money is definitely a worthy price to pay, they kinda changed my life

I don’t know for sure, but I am pretty sure (but not positive) that the designer would safeguard the device from any harm. Give it a try.

Which product? There are a large number of products discussed in this thread. Thank you in advance for clarifying.

Oh my apoligies, i’m still abit confused about the thread setup on the forum, i was simply referring to the one described in the OP

What happened to this topic? Did it just die on 11/20/20?

I think basically it got offtrack and people talk about KS9 on other threads.
