If the only source component is the TV then you need to pickup audio out (spdif preferred) from there. On the receiver you must use the headphone out jack. Which neuters the feed to the speakers. So if you are not using the receiver as a source switch, use the TV out.
I looked at your receiver and their isn’t an optical out nor a line out so the only choice is to connect the TV Play to the headphone jack which will turn off the speakers. Widex demo shows connecting to the TVs optical out and USB power then turn on the TV. I think this will allow you have both your home theater speakers on and the TV Play streaming at the same time. I would guess you would get a bit of echo delay in you HAs but not sure what .25ms latency (delay) sounds like.
I thought that we were waiting for an app update before we can use the TV Play.
I don’t see an update yet (I am in Canada), but I found a help page: https://www.myhearingexpert.com/images/pdf/MOMENT-Firmware-Update-Guide-DRM22M.PDF
I emailed Widex Canada and they said they are expecting the update in the Spring 2021.
BTW, I neglected to say that the Widex Moment was updated in 2021 and works well with the TV streamer. Nothing to put around my neck. Occasionally if I have been streaming a lot (my audiobook from my iPhone) or watching TV for too many hours (!), I run out of power late at night on my rechargeable hearing aids. But I can recharge them for 15 minutes or so to get enough time. (I tend to do it one at a time and turn up the volume temporarily.) I also like the app updates includes firmware updates from time to time. Very cool!
