What do you take when travelling for 6 weeks?!

Maybe icaridin would be better.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it did. I have pretty much switched to using 20% strength picaridin, BUT, that said, living in a very active skeeter area, if I’m going outside for more than 5 min, I groan, and spray on the 100% DEET. Then I try to get in the shower as quickly as I can when I’m back inside.

Hi. Just wanted to add that if Sri Lanka is anything like southern India, then you won’t find Hearing Aid batteries or accessories in the local convenience stores or shopping centres. They would be available exclusively in Audiology Clinics. Even hospitals may not have them in stock. So please pack enough batteries to last. Dessicant (silica gel) packets would also be a good idea.
Disclaimer: I’ve never been to Sri Lanka. But I live in south India & I assume the situation may be similar.
Wish you a safe journey.

Hearing aids companies are available across the country. Mainly in the cities. Googled and you can easily find 20 clinics.

Thank you @Heyjoe

I’ve been told by the people there already that I won’t find any hearing aid place any where near the Forest. It’ll be a long drive.

I’ve decided to take my 2 pairs of Oticon HAs and keep my Phonak HAs at home.
