Unwanted Chime alerts in Jabra Enhance Pro 20 hearing aids

How can I get rid of these chimes which I believe are generated in my phone, but not audible from phone itself

As in your other post, turning off Bluetooth should stop much of this.

Let us know.

I am not native English speaker. Not understanding what chimes is.
Are you a iPhone or android? If iPhone, there is a hearing aid set that can lead where audio should go.

Thanks. Turned off bluetooth streaming on my Samsung android phone and notifications chimes in my hearing aids stopped. Later, maybe if I decide I want to, I’ll figure how to stream - hopefully without the nuisance chimes along with.

you can leave bluetooth enabled , just disable/stop the notifications

Usually just turning off Notifications in your phone app will stop the chimes but still allow you to keep using bt for calls and streaming.
If android, go to Settings, scroll to find Apps and click to open your apps, scroll to find Enhance Pro app and click to open, click on Notifications, it should show notification are set to Allowed. Click/Toggle notifications to Off. Now you can turn on bt and shouldnt be bothered every time the app loses connection and reestablishes connection.
