I need old Genie , 2015.1 , 2014.1 , 2013.1 it would be great if I had it

My Oticon COMO H100 hearing aids are not recognized by Genie 2017.1 forward

No, you need Genie 2017.1 The last Genie 2017 Legacy Version!!

You can download Genie 2017.1 yourself. Just follow these-5-Steps.

It’s pretty easy. It’s not difficult. You should try it.
But don’t forget who’s taking you home
And in whose arms you’re gonna be

Oh, sorry I didn’t read carefully. What are COMO H100’s?

Oh, they go way back. Hang on.

Okay, a couple of questions.

  • What hearing aid programming device?
  • What Cables?
  • What final connection to HAs (Flexstrips or adapters)?

I don’t think that an older version of Genie is the answer? Genie 2017.1 should have all the Legacy models.

You already have these version’s,but I’m thinking your rebranded models might not be recognised anyway (well not until you attempt the connection)

Tried a while ago. He doesn’t say much/talk much about what he tried.

Actually I’m surprised, Genie even has Oticon Atlas plus mentioned, that goes way back to early 2000’s !

Wow ok so he’s still trying, well possibly flogging a dead horse.

@augustomauricio1212 You need to tell us which programming device and tell us about how your hearing are connected to your programming device. Look at the picture above of all the different cable connection ways you can connect your hearing aids. How are you connecting??

Oh, you can click the picture/image to enlarge it/Zoom in.

Thank you for your attention, if you look at the table, the model “AS H100” does NOT appear, I have shoe No. 4 which is the right one, Hi-Pro usb and also FittingLINK WP2, none of them recognize it, I also have a Get hearing aid P that is perfectly recognized. The COMO H100 works perfectly and it is necessary to reprogram it to a new audiometry

Battery >in< the hearing aid? Do the Hi Pro lights blink to show activity when you try to connect?

Hello, if someone can send me link for download oticon software for hearing aids I’ll be grateful?!

Hi there, sure but don’t forget you’ll need the correct programming device as well for DIY projects, what models are you using?

Check out the user guides as well here.

Thank you. I’m getting Nova Sense Geneve hearing aids from my friend and trying to adjust them to my grandma, somewhere I read that there are adjustable with Oticon software. She is using Bernafon hearing aids so I have the same cables and adapters for connecting with hi pro.

Don’t know about these odd ball rebranded models, the NovaSense is Unitron going by this information.

I’ve tried to program them with Unitron True Fit but without success. Maybe I need older version for legacy models?

It’s more likely you need the correct version of software, as in software from NovaSense or a special code to unlock them.
