program Oticon COMO H100
We need more information (pardon the pun). Do you have the Oticon COMO H100 hearing aids? Do you have a picture of the Oticon COMO H100 hearing aids? Maybe these are equivalent to Oticon Alta’s or similar?
Do you have a mini Pro/Hi Pro cables and flex connects? Maybe you can try connecting them to Genie fitting software to see if they are recognized? You need to provide more information. Pardon the pun again.
I have the same hearing aids and they are not recognized by the Genie or Genie 2 software, they are not listed in their list of hearing aids
Hi @augustomauricio1212; Not being listed does not necessarily mean they will not be recognized.
Sometimes rebranded HAs are not listed, and then when you Connect the rebranded HAs to the fitting software, they are recognized and connected. For example, this happens with some/not all Costco HAs.
Were your HAs connected to a USB mini Pro (or Hi Pro) using CS44 cables and flex Strips?
Also, these are too old for Genie2 fitting software, so you would have to use Genie.
Does anyone have Genie 2013 or 2015 for an old hearing aid?
You can download the fitting software yourself. Just follow these-5-Steps.
Genie 2017.1 - The last Genie 2017 Version for Legacy/older hearing aids.
Don’t forget you’ll need the correct programming device for your DIY projects as well.
