I have Signia Pure C&G AX hearing aids. I have them paired to my mobile phone and to my Samsung tablet but they will not connect to either. My tablet is a Samsung Tab A9+ and the phne is a Mororola G53 5G. Both devices are using Android 14. Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

The Bluetooth will only connect to one or the other. The simplest solution is to turn off the Bluetooth on the phone first, then activate it on the tablet. You can keep the pairing on each device. The Apple AirPods would automatically switch from my iPhone immediately to my iPad without skipping a beat. My hearing aids aren’t that smart. Even though the Jabra Enhanced Pro 20s contain MFi, (Made for iPhone), software, Apple obviously kept that feature for their own products.
