Sennheiser Sonite RIC -- where?

Any listing of the Costco locations that carry these?

Try calling the stores nearby, and they will probably tell you the stores that have it. When I went in to get a new pair last week, my fitter told me they would be carrying Sennheiser soon, and I could wait if I wanted to go with Phonak again. She couldn’t tell me specific timelines, however. She mentioned a few stores with Sennheiser in neighboring states that I could drive to. I’m in the upper Midwest.

I decided to go with Philips because I wanted to try a different manufacturer. Also, if I really want to try Sennheiser, it may be available before my return window closes.

I went with Philips lacks good phone service compared to my KS9s so will see. Same about my window.
Thanks

If their info is right and they (and presumably others) will be carrying Sennheiser soon that is very good news. What I had heard was that if all stores were going to get them it would be 6 months after they first came out (which was November 1) So hopefully by sometime in May we will know.

Thanks, hope that happens. I like the Phillips but phone sound is too low. I have a Samsung phone and ir’s possible the long delayed update will help. I have to decide in July .Nancy

I’m guessing she said I could wait because it’s probably not too far off. May sounds plausible.

Oh, I see! I have an iPhone so hope it won’t be a problem.

Have your costco hcp set the volume control for your phone to max in the fitting software.

You won’t have a problem with an iPhone. Apple has been working with hearing aid manufacturers for about 10 years. Your hearing aids have MFi, (Made for iPhone) built in software. Most hearing aids connect directly with your iPhone without any intermediary apps.

That’s a simple adjustment in the fitting software. What long elayed update is that (sorry if I missed an earlier discussion)?

What kind of phone do you have? Android phones also work with almost all hearing aids through a third party app.

Samsung Galaxy, problem is volume, I’m due for upgrade to Android 14 which may help and plan to get to Costco when I get to see if there’s any adjustment they can do. I prefer to avoid another physical item .

Woodburuy MN. I will be picking up a pair in 5 days.

Look forward to a report, thanks.

The store in Sterling Virginia and Chantilly Virginia (Wash DC suburbs) have them. Wife is encouraging me to consider vs Phonak Infinio 90s ($1600 vs $6800). My Costco Resounds are 4-5 years old and not helping me enough in meetings, noisy restaurants, or even conversations w quiet speakers or children. May have to take advantage of the 6mo trial period.

Just be aware that the Sennheiser are Phonak Lumity, older technology, so wouldn’t be a fair comparison with sphere models.

I may just keep K9s with 1 yr warranty and see what happens. I think replaced, and sound good plus work with my phone, have to July to decide

Yes, I read that in another forum post. I think I will need the Spheres, but my wife wants me to try these 1st.

Yeah no harm in doing that, I mean it’s still a good price point to begin with, could be awhile before sphere is available at Costco.
