Sorry to hear your daughter has hearing problems. I cannot directly answer your questions, maybe a pro on the site will be able to. But I do know 2 websites that are a gold mine for information on reverse slope hearing loss (RSHL). The first one is:

On the bottom of this page, here: http://www.hearinglosshelp.com/articles/reverseslopelong.htm#fitting , they explain that with Reverse slope hearing loss, it is particularily hard to adjust hearing aids. They give advice as to how to program HAs for RSHL.
Also, there is a very active Facebook page run by Dan Schwartz (who has reverse slope hearing loss and knows a lot on the subject), you could submit your daughter’s audiogram to him and hear what he has to say.
