Hi, could i have the link for downloading the smart fit software?
Hi there, you’ll also need the Noahlink wireless programming device as for DIY projects.
Also check out the user guide here, very handy for setting up the first fit.
Thank you so much! It works fine
Hi, could i have the link for downloading the smart fit software? please.
Hi there, sure but don’t forget you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well for DIY projects.
Cheers
Good day. Please give me a link to the latest version. Thank you.
Could I have also the download link to smart fit software ?
can it be switched to German?..
need it for my resound hearing aids, programming the Tinnitus side…
Thanks in advance,
Otti
Welcome to the forum, what models of hearing aids are you using?
Hi there, yes you can install in most languages, when you go to install you’ll get this opportunity to change from the default english.
You’ll also need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well to make any changes.
Hi Tenkan,
thanks for both information.
…and yes, i know abut the Noahlink wireless. I use it for my other HA´s, they are from Oticon.
Best regards, Otti

I have a problem with setting up a specialist. The entire sound at all frequencies has an unnatural metallic tone. I’m trying to figure out where the problem is.
- or is the device too powerful? 398 instead of 388
- or the translator incorrectly conveys the meaning of the acoustics (I speak Ukrainian and the acoustics speak German).
There was a similar problem 10 years ago elsewhere with Siemens. I was assigned the Artis P model, and after a while I was forced to try the Artis SP (although the audiogram did not change). And there was also such a problem, metal at all frequencies. Partly then the problem was overcome = high frequencies are still present.
Yeah looking at your audiogram show’s a very challenging loss, so I don’t think it’s to powerful, obviously I would concentrate on your right side with these HAs.
So having the SmartFit will help you understand what is possible.
So I just checked and since you have Bluetooth and can use the App you’ll be able to use the Noahlink wireless programming device for your DIY project.
Do I understand correctly? I need to buy a module Noah Wireles?
Is there a demo mode in the program so you can see what technologies are available?
And if possible, what is the difference between the 388 and 398 model for my right ear?
Hello, Please send the link for downloading the smart fit software.
I have Costco Jabra pm pro10, which I gather may be Resound Omnia by another name.
Yes it looks like your HAs are bluetooth and use the smartapp
Noahlink wireless.

Yes there’s a simulation mode (demo mode) in SmartFit.
This you will find the exact difference in SmartFit, it looks like one is more powerful, but there’s probably more features as well.
