Hello, welcome!
I have installed smartfit software and connected my noahlink wireless and recognize my current resound Enzo 3D earing aid and I see the audiogram.
But I can’t see the settings because is protected by password ! My earing aid are bought in GAES/AMPLIFON, someone know which is the password ?
Therefore I have 2 executable .exe that says enable-amplifon and disable-amplifon. Maybe this files protect the config ?

have another earing aid and I ant to clone the config to them. Can help me ? Or send a PM

Ohh, looks like your in trouble here I don’t think anyone will have the unlock code for you, can you not ask the place you brought them from?

Have too the Noah link wireless.

Gaes don’t provide me the code PIN or remove it, maybe need to claim them or open a complaiant….

Hello. New to this forum. I have ReSound Linx Quattros purchased in 2020. Recently I visited my audiologist to have my hearing re-tested and aids re-adjusted. They’ve done something wrong - my left hearing aid is “dead”. I went back to have them check what they had done and all they seemed interested in was selling me some new hearing aids. I’m so frustrated!

I want to check my hearing aids out myself. I’m pretty tech savvy and am sure I can do it. I know I need a Noahlink, but can’t find where to download the ReSound Smartfit software. Could someone share a link with me? Thanks so much!

When the audiologist attempted to re-program my hearing aids, she noticed something didn’t look right on the left one, but she continued. I’m assuming that was where the error occurred. It streams bluetooth fine, but does not pick up or amplify ambient sounds. Can you tell me where the software is available to download? Thanks. And I will certainly read the user guides. Thanks for your help!

Sure no problem, but I will add that your audiologist is responsible for this issue, so you should get to try and sort it first.

Thank you for your advice. The problem is, it costs $50 each time I visit - whether they get it right or not, since my hearing aids are out of warranty/service.

On another note, I have ordered a set of Oticon Real 1 hearing aids. They will come programmed, but could I get a link to the Oticon Genie 2 fitting software, please? I will certainly read the user guides which are referenced in that thread.

Hi there, sure I take it it’s the software and not the App your wanting, but you’ll need the hardware as well, Noahlink wireless.
