Welcome to the forum, sure it’s available, great you have taken the DIY path, let everyone know how you get on.
I need download link or PM for the latest Smartfit software. I have 1,5 but will not work with my resound Quattro 961 I have tried everything. It works with my other resound hearing aids but not with the Quattro. I have been working on them for over a week and cannot get them recognized. thanks
Welcome to the forum, sure it’s available, but you can update yourself using the updater, but I would of thought 1.15 would be suitable for Quattro models, what programming device are you using? You do have to put them in pairing mode before trying to connect, open and close the battery door and then click connect.
I have tried every thing with them take out of charger try, turn off and turn on and try, turn off other hearing aids and blue tooth devices in the house. Whats interesting is they will connect to the smart app on my android. My other resound 3d aids connect no problem. Got me stumped?
i am using Noahlink wireless
Hmm we had another poster that couldn’t connect his HAs as well, didn’t matter what he tried, you only get 2min in pairing mode, so can you confirm that the green led lights up and your Noahlink detected by SmartFit.
Please read through the entire thread to see if you can find a solution.
Hello, everyone. I am new to HA’s and I’m looking for the latest Smart Fit software, 1.17. I just got my pair of Omnia’s configured with an Audiologist but would like to go DIY.
Question: Once I install the software and connect them using the Noah Wireless, will the current configuration from today’s first programming session load completely? I don’t want to lose this baseline.
For now, I’m just trying to see what additional features and presets weren’t enabled on my 9’s. I appreciate the support.
Welcome to the forum, sure it’s available, and yes your settings from your clinic will load automatically, just be sure to make one client up for this and then make another client for your DIY project.
Do read the user guides sent, these will help you set them up for the first time, best to do a few “dry” runs in simulation mode mode so you get the hang of it before connecting with Noahlink wireless, it’s all pretty straightforward tho.
He says he has SmartFit 1.5, which might well be from the days before Quattro (SmartFit started when the LINX 3D was first released).
Also I am finding that the SmartFit update within SmartFit only checks that you are on the latest release at that .xx version, so for example my W11 PC was on SmartFit 1.16 and wouldn’t offer me 1.17. But it’s easy enough to download the current version and just install it over the old one.
Hello, could you share the Smartfit sowtware with me? I would like to start fine tuning my hearing aid myself. Thank you very much!
Hi there, sure, but you’ll also need the Noahlink wireless programming device for your DIY project, do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time.
