Resound Preza from Costco

@Sierra - the Smart 3D app has a direct connect between phone and HA’s. Depending upon how the HCP has set up the HA’s, too, the left and right buttons on the HA’s themselves can be used to change volume. For me, a quick press on the left HA lowers volume, right HA raises it. Longer, few sec presses change HA programs. If one has the Phone Clip+ streamer, that can also serve as a HA remote control when it’s not being used to stream. And although it’s an extra device to remember to charge and carry if you want to use it, it gives hands-free audio with your phone - I don’t think you get that with the iPhone with direct streaming - unless you have the Marvels. But then with the Marvels, you get that with Android, too. I’d say the big advantage of the iPhone besides direct streaming is the Apple Watch as a remote control. But right now I don’t feel it’s worth all the big bucks for an Apple device and getting locked into their walled garden of devices and services. I like the developing Google-Amazon-Microsoft trifecta (with Samsung, LG, OnePlus, HuaWei) and all that other stuff thrown in for now - may change my mind in the future.
