Quick Chirping Feedback in One Hearing Aid?

Hello! I recently got Oticon REAL miniRITE hearing aids, and for some reason, just in one ear, I keep hearing this super quick feedback-like chirp every now and then that’s extremely annoying. It happens more often when there are sudden or overlapping noises (AC kicks in, jangling of keys, people laughing loudly in next room, etc). My audiologist turned down the gain a little for higher pitches and it didn’t seem to fix the issue. The fit of my ear mold seems to be fine. Has anyone had a similar thing happen to them and/or can offer suggestions? Thanks!

I wear Oticon Xceed and had the same issue.

Never been able to resolve it but now I have less hearing, I don’t notice it anymore.

What’s diameter of vent in your earmold? Entering audiogram to your profile would help give you more accurate advice.

I have the same issue with Opn S

Turn down the volume on the hearing aid that is chirping. If that resolves the problem then yes, you are having feedback problems (sound leaking thru the mold/dome). As @Bimodal_user said , including the audiogram in your profile can help us understand the issue better.

This is not actually feedback. It is a relatively quiet chirping that sounds a bit like feedback. I managed to almost eliminate it by not using speech rescue.
