Good Morning

I see a lot of programming equipment for sale on the secondary market. Can someone tell me what exactly I would need to program a pair of Phonak Audeo V50-13 hearing aids? I have had several audiograms recently, I am at 64% and 56% word recognition in the left and right ear respectively

I woke up December 30,2018 having lost hearing in my left ear. I lost hearing in my right about 9 years ago. I’ve been given two shots of steroid to the inner ear, but hearing has not returned.

Yes these should be set up by an audiologist but in the interest of saving time, I would like to attempt this myself

Also I tried to pair these aids with Phonak’s Eay Call ii remote app, it failed. Either I have the wrong app or these aids are not bluetooth compatible

Any help would be appreciated.

You would need a iCube II and the Phonak Target software. You’ll find the iCube on eBay.

I believe the remote app only works if you use the ComPilot II as a interface between your HAs and your phone.
