We might be able to make better suggestions if you provided details such as the make and model of your hearing aids.
Is your pharmacy Cisco phone a VOIP phone? Are your aids capable of pairing and connecting to a generic bluetooth phone? If so, you could request that your employer get you a Cisco VOIP phone that includes Bluetooth. I had my handset only basic Cisco phone at work upgraded to a higher level one that included built-in Bluetooth. In my case that allowed me to connect an Oticon ConnectClip to the phone and then my Oticon hearing aids (OPN, OPN S1 and Real 1) and the microphone in the ConnectClip became my alternate “headset” for the upgraded phone. I could select which headset was active using the phone setup (connect/disconnect with the paired ConnectClip).
As you have Roger equipment, you may have Phonak hearing aids? Recent models that have Bluetooth would probably connect as a headset to a Cisco VIOP with Bluetooth phone without needing Roger or other ancillary equipment but others with Phonak experience would know better than I.
