First, thank you for the guidance, truly appreciated.

I have an old Hi-pro with battery adapter cables that I used for connecting to the old Binax HAs.
I will buy a used Noahlink for the Phonak rechargeables. I downloaded Target software thanks to the kind folks here. Do I also need any software for the Noahlink? And where can I obtain it?

I see that on Ebay I can buy Noahlink. But The seller tells me that no software or CD is included. As per the HIMSA website it looks like some software is needed for Noahlink too. Installing NOAHlink – HIMSA

Is there any how to or step by step for a noob like me on how to setup with Noahlink and fitting software (in my case Phonak Target) .

You are confusing NOAHlink (an old obsolete device) with Noahlink Wireless the industry standard wireless programming device.

No need for this, as in 99% it’s just plug and play, sometimes you can get a driver conflict, but that’s easy enough to fix by downloading the driver from here

Hi Guys, Collecting my new Phonak Lumity tomorrow… Have a Noah wireless, I need a link to Phonak Target 7.3 software please… moving over to phonak from Signia…hopefully it will be an improvement.

Hi.
New to this forum and hearing aids. Demo’ed a few and decided on the Phonak Lumity 90. I’m getting them online but my audiologist will program them. But I’d like to have a look at programming them myself. I would very much appreciate a link to download Target 7 software.
