I’d like to make some adjustments to the sound quality when using of the Phonak TV Connector using Target software, but not sure which setting is correct.
My issue: I can’t understand soft female speech - I think gain needs to be increased
Options I see under Automatic Fine Tuning are
AutoSense OS 5.0 (streaming)
** Media Speech + mic
** Media Music + mic
Streaming Programs
** Partner Mic
**Phone Call
** Roger Direct
Am I missing something or should I be looking elsewhere?

You need to adjust “Autosense (streaming) - media speech”
Autosense automatically decides whether you are listening to speech or music and adapts accordingly.
The “streaming programs” section does not affect the TV Connector. It is for other devices.
Just to add to this, it’s worth adding the TV Connector as an accessory, in the Target profile for the HAs. Although it doesn’t give you it’s own gain structure, it does allow changes of the switching options, once done.
Although my “media speech + mic” & “media music + mic” have similar gain structures, I flattened all the noise reduction stuff in program options in both. I’d play with those sliders first (as the defaults will still show if you choose to reverse). Other than that, I’ve found subtle G50 adjustments have helped
