Does anybody have a copy of the Phonak Target Media DVD so that I can use it with the Target 5.3 programming software?

What you can do is install Phonak Target 5.2 and use the upgrade option to save it to another flash drive or hard drive. The media and sound files can be downloaded too.

I have resolved the problem…the Background Intelligent Transfer Service was not running. This prevents you from seeing any media files, so you cannot upgrade anything at all. Started BITS and now I can see and download the relevant files.
