Phonak Target 5.3.3 Media and Sound files wont play Windows 10

I’m making good progress programming my aids but can’t get Media and sound files to play on my laptop. I get a message." NoDriver calling acmFormatSuggest, below that is a Stack trace: at NAudio.Wave.Compression.AcmStream.SuggestPcmFormat. Ect. Ect.with a long list of 17 more. The media and sound files work on my desktop computer. Both Window 10.

any ideas will be appreciated.

Have you installed the Media Files?

Yes ,Both media and sound files are installed.

Maybe your laptop doesn’t have the same standard pack of ACM codecs as your desktop??

Its working now.Turns out Windows 10 N version doesn’t have Windows Media Player. After download of Windows update KB4100403 Media feature Pack . Thanks again.
