Besides the educational equipment, I seem to recall Ruth @Zebras say something about more gain available in target for roger with an 02.

I seem to recall Ruth @Zebras say something about more gain available in target for roger with an 02.

There is more gain available for 02 and despite finding this picture, there is nothing about the gain within 03 receivers on google.

It’s called EasyGain.

I read a Phonak article about easy gain (I will try to find it). If we are talking about the same thing you can increase the gain on the Roger ON by putting the Roger into verification mode (hold the Roger near the HAs and hold the large button for 9 seconds, or until the V appears. Then you can adjust the gain by touching the rim of the button. The Roger will scroll up to the max and then to the max negative gain and then up again with each touch. I did this with my 03 licenses. Is this what you are talking about or is easy gain something else?

Yes this is EasyGain.

Looks like the 03 receivers can have the gain adjusted now which is good.

Just to close out the discussion–RogerPN (Phonak) discussed easy gain and adaptive gain in this thread started by @Zebras.

I came across this yesterday and after trying to find more info on google, it wasn’t really coming up with anything. Does adaptive gain happen on 02 receivers as that’s what I’ve got? Also what’s the difference between adaptive gain and the easy gain feature? [image]
