Just want to post my experience on battery life, replacement and a query.
I have 2 aids, one 3 years old and the other 2 years. The older battery would run out of power after 15-16 hours. The other would be a about 25% at this point. My Audi sent both to Sonova with ‘high battery drain’. Sonova changed the electronics, receive, filter, domes, and the case of the 3yr old one, all FOC under guarantee. Out of guarantee it would have been £75 which is good considering.
The query relates to daily usage figures. How does the App get the figures? I do not connect with my phone at switch on and disconnect well before putting them in the charger. This suggests the HAs are storing the on and off against an internal clock in each HA. Any ideas?
