I have new Phonak Lumity L90R and Marvel 310’s as a backup and am experiencing a problem with both of them.
Primary issue is I use RingCentral VOIP as my business phone. I can’t say I noticed it the first couple weeks of use, but they now constantly drop off my calls. Most of the time I hear the 4 dings, but sometimes calls drop w/o them. Unless I’m using them, I have turned off TV Connectors, Roger On’s, and computer Bluetooth connections. I do not have the phone app open. Even when I’m sitting in one place with no apparent change in surrounding noise, they’re randomly dinging. They’re making me dingy. Any way to stop/fix this?
