Did I accidently press the rocker-switch too long so I gave it a factory reset which removed all the programming done by the audiologist?

Don’t worry about this, it’s not possible for this to happen.

I see some (?) post which have their audiogram attached, still need to find out how to add my audiogram.

Yeah it doesn’t seem obvious, but it’s really easy to do from your profile, spend 5min on it and you’ll be fine, see here

How to add your hearing test / audiogram to Hearing Tracker

Just updated our page for adding hearing tests to the forum. Make sure you are logged in Go to My Hearing Tests You will see the page below Enter your audiogram and click the save button When you come back to the forum, you should have a headphone icon on your avatar and an audiogram on your profile. Thanks! [image] If you already have a hearing test on file, you will see the page below. Edit your current test or click the button “Add Hearing Test” to add a new test. [image]

As @MDB has stated ether it’s not turned on or it’s flat and needs a recharge for a few hours.
