Oticon TV Adapter 3.0 streamed audio input from TV is out of synch with audio from TV to speakers via Onkyo AV Receiver. Any solution?

The following may or may not be relevant. The technical data sheet from Oticon for the TV Adapter 3.0 lists a latency (TV Adapter input to hearing aid speaker) that depends on input (slightly) and signal type:
Analog: 25 ms
Digital: 28 ms
Dolby Digital: 45 ms
The Analog is for the RCA inputs and the Digital for TOSLINK
