Oticon Genie 2 Software availability

Hi, I too would really appreciate to get a link to download the latest GENIE 2 software Version 2024.2. I currently have ver. 2023.2 which I have been using for my OPN1 minirite. Now that I am upgrading to the new Intent 1, this version does not support this model. I tried running Oticon Genie Updater . It ran the download of 2024.2. But the install fails. I repeated the process and got the same result.

Yeah just keep trying to install, it’s a PC issue and not the software, so shut down your PC (not restart, but a complete shut down) and then turn on your PC and then try the install again.

I too would appreciate a link to the GENIE 2 software. I am using the Oticon more hearing aid and would
like to create my own custom programs.I intend to purchase the Noah 2 If I can get the software.

Hi,

I have also the same problem. Fantastic stuff Oticon Intent, but works worse than my OPN 1. From visit to visit it goes worse. Maybe too automatic and audiologists are not capable to handle it?
I would appreciate link to software too. After more than ten visits I feel resigned…

My Noahlink 2 arrived today so I’m ready to get it setup. Can someone please provide a link to the Genie 2 software?

Hello. I am new to this forum. I am excited to get started in DIY programming my newly acquired Oticon Intent 4 hearing aids. I have already purchased an Airlink 2 programming device, and updated the firmware so that it is now a Noahlink Wireless.

Would someone please send me a link to download the Oticon Genie 2 software?

Thank you very much!

Hi @tenkan, I’ve reviewed the DIY info & have the Noahlink wireless; would very much appreciate the Genie download link - thanks!

Hi there, that’s good, now that you’ve done your homework you’ll be up and running in no time.

Hi @tenkan I’ve got Oticon More 1 and Noahlink Wireless 2. It seems the Genie 2 software on oticon’s site requires ā€œprofessionalā€ login and password. In searching for a standalone downloadable version of the SW, I found this forum topic. So, how does one obtain the proper credentials to download the software ? Thanks in advance!

I’m new here, my father has the Oticon OPN S. he’s been asking me if I can help him tune his hearing aid for a while, finally stumbled on to this thread.

I have the NovaLink ordered and on the way, wondering if I can get a link to the Genie 2 Software as well?

Much appreciated!
