I would also like to get the Genie 2 software, not mainly to do self fitting (maybe later) but first prio is to check the possibility of the Intent fitting.

Welcome to the forum, great your giving DIY a go, it’s all pretty easy, but do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, as you’ve already got the Noahlink wireless I’m sure you’ll be up and programming in no time.

Any help here? Intent 2 were now on Firmeware 1.1 and I cannot connect them anymore with Genie2 2024.1, when I click on the updater nothing happens.

Yeah another reason to not update unless it’s absolutely necessary, so have you tried the old “turn PC off” and back on, and then open genie and try again (don’t forget, turn off all other Bluetooth sources) when connecting.

Well it was my acoustician that has upgraded it, Genie 2 recognizes the hearing aids but cannot connect as I need now 2024.2. clicking on the update shows no reaction.
Maybe I will reinstall it later the week.

Yeah I don’t see 2024.2 update here either, just 2024.1.
