Oticon app in apple store

Apple Store says the Oticon app version is 1.5. When I download it , it looks nothing like mine. It says it is version 1.1.0. I have deleted it repeatedly and downloaded several times but cannot get 1.5. It says there are no updates on my phone.

I am in Canada and my App Store has version 1.5.1
After downloading, the “about” tab confirms this version.

Are you using the latest version of iOS (18.3.1)? Delete the Oticon companion app, restart your phone, and reinstall it.

Does your version have Speech Booster? My neighbors does but she has bi cross. My app does not.

No, I don’t have Speech Booster in the app.

I’m in the US, have Real 1 aids with 1.1.1 firmware, and the current version of the Companion app according to the US Apple app store (version 1.5.1). I have the SpeechBooster icon available in the General Program. I looked at the Download area of the Oticon site and found a manual for version 1.3.0 (or later) of the Companion app. I haven’t found a doc about the latest version. I found the following interesting footnote on the page describing the SpeechBooster: “* The SpeechBooster feature is only available for select hearing aids. For further information contact your hearing care professional.” Not real helpful to the end user trying to determine if that function is available for them …

Thank you. I figure I need firmware update
