Two possible reasons, one is firmware versions. If they haven’t upgraded, I’d do that first. The second possibility is it needs a reset. I’ve had stereo disappear a couple times. A reset fixed it. Roger On user guide, see page 48 for Reset

Has firmware version 3.0.49742 which I believe is the latest. Did the reset again but no change. MyRoger app still does not show a stereo version. This is version 1 hardware and as I mentioned I have a couple of other iNs with the same hardware and software which do show the stereo options. Very puzzling.
Yes, I’m using the myRogerMic app and ran into the exact same issue you did.
Try the following with one of the non-working Roger Ons, following these steps exactly:
If your aids support RogerDirect and have receivers installed then you should be able to access the stereo modes if you followed these steps.
In the configure option there is a switch to turn stereo on/off. That isn’t off, by any chance, is it?

If he’s having the issue I did the app straight up won’t have those options, only the ability to rename or forget the device.
Strangely, the Stereo mode just stopped working for me (V1). Anyway, I’ve just followed the above instructions (inc disconnecting RogerOn from HAs with long press), and it’ now there
Great, I just followed that procedure with 5 Rogers and it worked for all of them. @li Did you just happen upon that procedure?
Now I have four extra Roger On iNs V1 that I purchased for parts as a hobby from Ebay. None of them, however, have working displays but I have tested all other aspects of their functionally and they all work. A display is not really necessary if you use the MyRoger app since almost all of the data is there. If anyone knows someone who has been unable or did not want to purchase a Roger On iN due to price or for some other reason, I will be happy to send one of these to them for free. Have them message me if interested.
Hi @Raylock1, I am using Phonak Naida P70 UP and love to try Roger On iNs V1 before committing to a newer generation Roger in the future. Using Roger On iNs V1 to connect directly to the Naida P70 will helps in my profound loss situation. No need of any other devices for connectivity. If yes, then I am happy to try it. I will pay for the postage as I am in Malaysia. It is possible for you to send it? If not, send it to a US address and my son will bring back when he returns to Malaysia for holiday.
Your kind advice is highly appreciated. TIA

I bought Roger on 3 from ebay.I’m confused with unlimited receivers and it doesn’t show anywhere in Roger’s upgrader Read device data.I assumed unlimited receivers is same as unlimited licenses.
The terms seem to be used interchangably with respect to the Roger
