Brand new pair of Phonak Audeo L90.
As soon as I open any video on my desktop, laptop or cell phone I get an annoying white noise.
As soon as I close the screen (youtube, Twitter, etc.) within seconds the noise dissapears.
Anyone else has this issue?

I get the hissing, I just made a new Calm Situations program with Noise reduction cranked up.
I need to fix BT streaming/audio/calls Program as well

I wonder… I just paid a fortune for these hearing aids…
Are they not supposed to be top of the line??
Does it make sense that you have to make a new program to get them to work properly?

It seems not everyone gets the hissing.
I get it even outside of the BT/Streaming. I literally just got Target working, so I dont know (but assume it is) programmable within Target or your audiologist. Most of my hiss seems to be from fans though
I’m in a loaner set of Lumity while my old marvels are sent away for repair.
I noticed this hissing this morning while listening to a podcast during my dog walk!
I’ve never experienced this with my Marvel aids (although I am in the early stages working through set-up of my Slimtip molds, so lots of changes right now to get used to…)
I also noticed my dog’s nails on the sidewalk very much naturally loud… like the dog is something like 15ft away and the scratch scratch scratch with every step is front and center just under the podcast sound.
Other high pitches are also coming in far too “hot”
I just think my Audi doesn’t have these loaners set up right for me
I think my next project is to fix that hissing when BT Streaming+Mic.
I’ll have to figure out how to do that
