I use the Easy Line app for my Kirkland KS10’s. Checked my phone this morning, app has been updated.
@Bentsn1 You might try the Amplifon app. It has most of the same features as the MyPhonak app. It has a different appearance and is organized differently. Some of us use it for our second pair of aids
OK, YES, I get it. That is a very good workaround. My question for the day: Do I need to have myPhonak app OPEN all day long to enjoy a custom setting there? I notice that while I’m able to SPLIT the right/left aids and adjust their volumes independently, there is no way to SAVE that custom setting that I can tell? None of the other presets in the lineup have any way to SPLIT the right/left aids for volume control.
I should look that up, too. Does it also restrict the app to a single pair of aids?
Yes, one pair of aids. I use MyPhonak for my Spheres and Ampilifon for my Lumity aids. Both on the same phone so I don’t have to delete and re pare when I change aids.
Still no Apple Watch app (would be an auxiliary app to the main phone app)!!!
A lot easier to tap a widget or complication on your watch than having to find or pull out your phone, wake it up, and find the right control. With my ReSound HAs, I used my Apple Watch all the time to mute the HAs when I was going to experience loud noise, e.g., rolling a 90-gallon trash bin over a pebbled concrete driveway.
Also I noticed with the new update find my hearing aids now works with my lumity l70’s which didn’t work before
Or Samsung Galaxy Watch app either For the same reason ("A lot easier to tap … on your watch than having to … pull out your phone, wake it up, and find the right control. ")
@1Bluejay , you can also use the Amplifon app to control your a2 aids.
I noticed that and activated it on my Lumity HAs as well. On the very next day that I activated it my batteries ran out around 6 PM versus usually around 10:30 - 11 PM. So I have since turned it off.
Could you provide a link to Google Play? It seems the Amplifon app isn’t available in my region, but I want to make sure.
You could download and install a APK from the internet for you to try.
Sorry @Bimodal_user I don’t know how to do that.
I’ve checked and the app is still there.
you could try this: for Android
or this for iPhone
Thank you, it is not available in my country, though.
That is strike one for ChatCPT who said it was
I believed you, I was just disappointed in Chat but maybe it can redeem itself if the following instructions from Chat actually work.
As Tenkan suggested, can you do this?

Greetings, Have you able to update your aids firmware using the updated myphonak app?
My aids f/w is 1.0.6.0 and the app does not show that a firmware update is available for me.
My location is California
My Aids are Lumity life
No, I have not updated my aids using the app, since neither pair of my Lumity aids were in need of an update … they were both updated recently by my audi. Possibly other forum members can share if they were able to do an update using the newest MyPhonak app.
