Looking for Starkey Pro Fit software

I have it showing in Device manager but still not recognized by the software. Sure it’s a win 11 issue. Is there a different device that I can buy other than the Hi-Pro?

Thanks for the helpful welcome!

Yes you can use the Noahlink wireless programming device on all but the custom models.

Could someone please share a link to the starkey pro fit software?

Welcome to the forum, great your giving DIY a go, it’s all pretty easy enough but do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time.

I’m having significant difficulty with my Evolve IIC HAs. IS anyone having problems adjusting them with the T2 app?

Hello I would appreciate if I can have the pro fit software too.
I am not doing yet DIY, I am just wondering what is possible with this aids.

Hi there, sure but you should consider DIY, it’s really not that hard for most, but yeah you’ll get some good insight into how the software works, you can set up a demo mode.

Hello everyone,

I have received Starkey Genesis AI 24 mRIC hearing aids to test and am looking for the Starkey Pro Fit software.

I would be grateful for some help.

Hello! I was wondering if there is any chance to get a copy of the Starkey pro fit software. I’m new to hearing aid and I’ve recently signed up for the Starkey genesis 24Ai. They are good but my audiologist isn’t very familiar with this model and adjustments are a pain without considering that I need to wait weeks to get an appointment.

I’m a computer expert and it would be great if I could do my adjustments at home.

Would you mind sharing the software? I intend to try some diy!

Thanks in advance!
JC

Thanks tenkan, I appreciate the encouragement!

Hello Forum members,

I was just fitted with my first hearing aids a week ago. They are Starkey Signature CIC R NW (rechargeable, no wireless). I am underwhelmed so far, but realize that there is much learning and adjusting ahead. Since I am a retired engineer, I know that soon I will want to tinker with the options and performance of my aids. Please direct me to resources where I can learn about software and programmer options. Being able to tweak the setting of these aids will soon become important to me as the seller is 20 minutes away.
Thank you very much in advance for the insight that I am sure the members here will provide.

Welcome to the forum, I’ve not heard much on these models, but first Starkey are claiming Noahlink wireless for programming for these NW models… strange.

As for being “underwhelmed” most fist time users are, especially with CIC/ITE models, you’ll find a lots of information for Starkey here.

Hello tenkan,
Thanks for the fast reply.
I also found it odd that my NW model was programmed by the Noahlink, wirelessly at by the seller. Why not by the app?
When I am back there for adjusting, I will look to see what software is being used. Becoming a DIYer is my goal. Probably within the next few months.

Yeah you should be able to use the App for basic adjustments, but the software (ProFit) is required for more detailed fine tuning, both Noahlink wireless and the App use BLE for this, are you able to connect to the App at all?

The app pairs with the aids, but says they are “Not Supported”. Another small disappointment. Maybe I will contact them and ask why their top line aids are excluded.
