Welcome to the forum, I’m sure you’ll have no problem using ProFit software there.

Hi @firenzel. Can you please send me Starkey Inspire X software link? I want to use it to program Microtik hearing aids. Your support in this regard would be highly appreciated.

Regards.

can you please send me a copy of starkey pro fit Thank you,

Hi there, sure no problem, you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well for DIY projects.

Starkey’s new Signature Series IIC HA’s can now be programmed without cables using the NoahLink 2 wireless device. I am wondering if anyone has had experience doing this with these IIC’s?

How do I get the Starkey Pro Fit software? I would like to help my partner adjust her hearing aids.

Hi there, great your willing to help out, but do read the user guides and get familiar with ProFit software before jumping in, it’s all pretty easy enough tho, you’ll also need the correct programming device depending on which models she has, also you’ll need patient base.

I have inspire running on my old win 11 pc. I just upgraded to Genesis and need help. Can’t get inspire to work on new win 11 machine and Hi-Pro drivers is not working. Then I need Pro-fit link. Any suggestions/ help. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum, sure no problem, yeah you can install ProFit no problem and the Noahlink wireless drivers for windows 11 are here.

Thank you for the advice and the link. May be a day or to before I can get back to it, but I appreciate your help.

I realize that I was not specific. The high pro-version I have is wired. I use the IIC HA version so no wireless. I have the older white Hi-Pro, but I’m happy to upgrade if needed.

Oh silly me your talking about the older serial port HiPro, well I don’t know if it works with win11, I did see this for the USB HiPro 2 spec.

The drivers are here, but again I don’t know if win11 is supported.

Actually the Hi-Pro I have is USB. From what I have read the only different is that the black version is much faster (5x).

Ok cool, yes faster rate,so did you manage to get it working? I’m sure I read somewhere on the forum using win10 with their HiPro.

I have it working on 2 machines with Win 11 but not my new build. I will try again over the weekend and update then. Thanks for your help.

Okay then, well one thing is don’t forget the com port requirements between 1 to 4, is the HiPro recognised in device manager?

New user! One week with my Starkey Genesis HAs. Looking for the ProFit software as well.

(It looks like I need something called Patient Base as well? and a Noahlink USB device, of course).

Welcome to the forum, great your giving DIY a go it’s all pretty easy enough, and yes patient base and Noahlink wireless programming device.
