Hello! Rexton Connexx 9.7 only works with the Bicore, I have the newer Rexton Reach R-Li T HA and need Connexx 9.12. Any chance you can send me a link to download it? The reason it took so long to let you know of my problem is Aliexpress had lost the first Noahlink Wireless 2 I had order and refused to refund the sale. I finally got another one and have it hooked up today.
Hi there, oh what a bummer with AliExpress, I hope you ended up with refund, I always use PayPal for payment for just these types of situations, but yeah you’ll want the latest version so you can update the firmware for LE Audio with Auracast capability, so you can just use the update manager from your system tray, force a “check for updates” and you’ll soon get the offer to update, can take quite a few times and country dependant as well, use USA or UK standalone mode.
I maybe getting all my info wrong, but I have setup a profile with at least one pair of hearing aids before tge Rexton Connexx 9.7 will update. There isn’t an update program that works with the newer Rexton Connexx separately. I think I shall need a Rexton Connexx 9.11 to setup a profile with my Rexton Reach before updating to 9.12?
I had to close my Aliexpress account, then ask my bank to dispute the Aliexpress lost Noahlink Wireless 2. Then I tried getting the Noahlink Wireless 2 from DH Gate. But the price was too good to be true, and the seller waited until the last day of non-delivery to refund my purchase. So all in all, pretty horrific experience trying to get a Noahlink Wireless 2. I had to setup a new account with Aliexpress with a different email before I can buy a Noahlink Wireless 2. It came today, and the courier had just drop it outside nect to the intercomm of our apt. without ringing us. Fortunately, the courier had to send an email and when I got it, I dashed out to retrieve it. Probably the first lost one was because someone had stolen it when it was dropped off outside in the street. I hope others have better experiences trying to buy a Noahlink Wireless 2.
You don’t need to have HAs to update Connexx software, Connexx installs an “update manager” on your PC, most of the time it can be found in your system tray, however some people have noticed it can take a while for the update to show up, country dependant I think in that instance.
I have installed Connexx 7.9.0.144 with Update Manager 19.7.0.144 for ten days now. I have set it up for auto-update everyday, and I have tried updating it manually at least 20+ times, and it still has no updates. Without the updates, I cannot fit my Rexton Reach R-Li T hearing aids.
It’s country dependant, I had to check over a couple of days, use USA (like I did ) or UK.
So just to be sure it’s 9.7 and 9.11 Rexton flavoured Connexx software.
