I’ve read from somebody who reported up to 10 charge cycles from their Intent SmartCharger before they’ve had to recharge. But that might be pushing it a little too far.
Doesn’t the manual actually say how many charge cycles it’s supposed to be good for?
The manual says 3 to 4 full charges. Meaning that the aids are fully discharged before recharging. I seldom see my batteries discharged below 40% left.
I just picked up a Smart Charger for the Intents from my Audi in NY. She told me that Oticon said that there is no back order right now but there is a limited amount available to order.
Have ordered from my Audi. It’ll be useful to have it for sure.
What is the retail price of the smart charger for the Intent?
I have no idea as my aids are from the VA. As a veteran amf my hearing loss is service related I don’t pay for my aids, or needed extras.
The retail price i was quoted was $299. I’d expect once the discount retailers get it will come down a little.

Im sure they will eventually show up online but i was unable to find any reseller… only the More/Real smart charger seems to be available.
