How to set alarm clock on iphone to sounding only on hearing aids not in loudspeaker? No need to hear this everyone just me in my ear. No need this “feature” in silent mode when connected and the audio route linked to hearing aids on media and phone sounds too.

Turn down the ringer volume on the phone before you turn in.
Well I also found the bloody simple solution to this nonsense. Use Calendar or Reminders. 
I also do as others said here, in my case use the app multi-timer. The payment service:
