Hearing loss cochlear implant

Hello everyone
I would like to get help guys , I do suffer from hearing loss and the problem is that I did hearing test 4 or 3 times and all audiograms came back to normal showing no presence of loss , i have trialed 2 hearing aids but with no benefits from them they only amplify the sounds but the main problem that I can’t make difference between consonants in the words I hear I daily conversation
Has anyone had the same problem and got cochlear implant to solve the problem and how can i follow this procedures with NHS
Thanks

Probably no one would qualify you to cochlear implant if you have normal hearing treshold in tonal audiogram and it’s isn’t malice.
We don’t know which HA you tested (did you have Real Ear Measurement?) and did you have word recognition score performed.

How long you have that problem? Did you have diagnostics in the auditory processing disorder direction?

You may also consider high frequency audiometry:

I have this problem 3 years ago , I did trialed some oticon aids without real ear measurements,I have also been referred to auditory disorder department but it has been rejected cause they saying it’s not the main problem you have been referred to

Has that been correlated with any other health issues? Like physical/psychological trauma, poisoning, nutrient deficiencies, or other illnesses?
