HDMI splitter with separate audio out

I have a Resound bluetooth streamer that will send f.ex. Tv sound to my Resound HA.
I have tried various audio out ports on my aging Denon X4000 amplifier. No matter which ports I connect it to, the HAs and speakers connected to the same amp. are never in sync.
I don’t know where te problem lies, the amp or the Resound streamer. If the streamer is the culprit, I guess there is no point in reading what is written below.

I am looking for an alternative solution.
I know there are HDMI splitters available, but am not sure they will send signal in to two out ports?
Does anyone here know?
If yes, I have also seen HDMI to RCA adapters. If working - the Resound unit has RCA in.

Can anyone help with this?

Thanks for using time reading about my problem.

Go to Amazon and type in search exactly what you are looking for.
I’ve found all types of adapters like that.

Does your Denon amplifier not have a fiber port? The ReSound TV Streamer+ comes with a fiber port and RCA port combo and both cables.

Also the TV streamer+, at least, has a switch on it to increase and decrease the delay. So you can match with your unit better.

I hope this helps.

I have the Resound TV streamer 2 and I find it does have a slight delay … enough that it is distracting … rather than spend a lot to make the older one work … it would be worth while to get the new streamer +, provided you have nexus aids … it will not work with the earler aids
The streamer + is auracast .

I haven’t actually noticed this delay on mine often, YouTube is the worst, normal TV or streaming Netflix I don’t, the streamer+ will broadcast to the HAs by LEA ( low energy Audio) right?

I do not have a streamer +, but I believe it is auracast

Yes it is LE Audio with Auracast capability, but I meant when streaming to the HAs from the TV is with LE Audio, not with the Auracast feature?

Standalone stereo amplifiers usually do not have a digital audio optical output which is called Toslink.

Older TVs don’t have the Toslink port and there are adapters available to use either the RCA cables or the 3.5 mm audio cable from the TV to the adapter. The adapter has the Toslink output to the TV connector.

Your TV, as well as your streamer, may have the ability to adjust delay. My 4 year old low-end LG can do that.

I believe the Streamer+ will work with older HAs AND send out Auracast signals; The manual says it streams from TVs to ReSound HAs. It doesn’t say that BT LE Audio is its only way of connecting

Yep it has backwards compatibility, but unfortunately the older models don’t support LEA, so that’s the Nexia onwards that would stream in LEA.

I just installed this ARC HDMI Adapter, TAIPOXUN HDMI ARC Audio Extractor Support 192KHz Digital to Analog HDMI Converter DAC SPDIF Coaxial RCA 3.5MM Jack Output for Amplifier Soundbar Speaker ARC Audio Adapter : Amazon.ca: Electronics. My issue was that I wanted to connect my external speaker and HAs and use them simultaneously. It splits the sound from my tv hdmi and make it available to more than one mixed ports such as analog and digital on this device which is very compact. Without this I could either hear my external speaker or HAs. I do not understand your set up and equipment involved. There was some sync problem which I addressed through my TV but it is not perfect. There are some ytubes about this device and similar devices.
