I looked at the Resound Nexia BTE88: Their most powerful BTE aid for profound hearing loss. KE488-DWH the aid use the size 13 battery and fitting range down to 110 dB. However it will be an long while before Auracast broadcasting becomes available to most venues.
I prefer the BTE powerful aids with the 675 battery.
