Did you try the pro site, for white papers, sometimes they simply don’t release “all details” for anyone but their own respective tech department.

Look on the Phonak pro web site and find the data sheet for your model.

It shows the frequency response for various receivers. For example, for the M receiver it lists a frequency range of < 100 - > 8000 Hz. The sheet also shows plots of parameters such as acoustic gain. It also lists distortion at a few frequencies.
Oticon has similar info available and lists 100 Hz as the low frequency limit. I haven’t looked for Widex info.
