Dear Phonak, your Lumity battery isn't good enough

But my phone is an Android Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4. Not the LATEST, but bought it last summer. That ain’t no Ford. It’s more like a … well … Audi?

My Phonak Audeo Paradise P90R’s were provided by workman’s compensation. They normally provide a cheaper model than top end. It’s compensation for hearing loss at work. I’m very, very grateful. They support the hearing aids they supplied; they don’t allow me to upgrade when I get new ones.
So they cover maintenance too. I think that rechargeable batteries were part of the deal when I got them. I use lots of batteries with the hearing aids these replaced. For instance the new Power Receivers were provided.
My audi who supplied them surprised me getting new hearing aids so I could hear behind me at work. I was almost run over several times. He called me in and handed them to me and then set them up. I’m grateful…except.

Funny, but I literally said that very phrase DAY ONE as I skipped around the house! Yeah, they got that part right ON.

Update

Phonak has provided incredible service.

At end of warranty they replaced both my hearing aids and my charger. The rechargeable batteries last longer every day

They provided new 5.0 power receivers.

I’m happy!

So the horrible waxguards are gone.

Repeating my request. I volunteer to be a trial user of your best hearing aids before they are released. @Michael_Phonak thanks

Dave

Not to open a new topic, I have Phonak Audeo Paradise and unitron blu. they use the same chargers, but sometimes I realized that they no longer fit well in the charger. So one hearing aid wouldn’t charge so I had to readjust it to get the charging contacts to catch.

The problem is the clips that are inside, they have lost their elasticity, the grip of the hearing aid is too weak. Lumity has a magnet inside, so probably there are no such problems, right?

There is a travel charger available. I got one from the VA. It will charge them three or four times. I use it all the time.

Do you mean the Edge AI 24?
