I just got my Adore hearing aids and the app, Connexx Smart Remote, is very limited. But my question is related to the beeps that happen when you adjust the sound or switch programs. I was trying to find the right volume for a loud movie and my son could hear the beeps from my aid/app. I was told the remote would be a “discrete way to adjust the volume”. Is there a way to turn that beep down or off because at my job (I am a teacher that goes to multiple classrooms and may need to change volume as some teachers run media etc.). I can’t have that beep sound audible to students/other teachers as a distraction.
