My Costco hearing aid fitter sent my hearing aids back to GN last week. I was having feedback issues and problems keeping the microphone ports free of gunk. She told me that they replaced the entire innards and put screens inside to protect the microphones and help keep them clear. I still have a three more months on my trial period to see if it worked. My wife is glad that I got them back and so am I.
