Can I self-program Jabra Enhance Select 200?

Hello all,
My father suffers from moderate bilateral sensorineural hearing loss. He initially had hearing aids that had been prescribed to him but he would not really wear them. Without much research (or thinking) on my part (we dont live in the same country), I simply googled best hear aids and bought him the Jabra Enhance Select 200. They have been great for him, he wears them, syncs them with his phone etc.
But he went to the ENT and Audiologist last week, and they performed an audiogram. They also told him that his hearing aids would need to be reprogramed frequently.
Obviously when he told me this, I went and did more googling, came across this forum etc., saw some youtube videos on self programming. So am slightly up to speed now on things (or so I think).

Q) If I buy a noahlink wireless bluetooth programmer, can I self-program his Enhance Select 200s? Or is it because they are OTC hearing aids, I will have to have Jabra Support help me with this?

Q) If the Enhance Select 200s cannot be programmed based on the results of his audiogram, would the forums recommendation be to purchase the Enhance Pros from Costco? (as I understand these are can potentially be programmed/self-programmed)

Q) if nothing can be done for the Enhance Select 200s, any recommended place/forum where I can sell them? or is there a scenario where my father can use them, in addition to the programmable ones that he needs.

Thank you in advance to anyone who answers the above qs, and may also provide any additional feedback or comment.

Welcome to the forum, ok so funny enough we were just talking about the select 300 models here.

So no you’ll need Jabra to make the adjustments or you can use the App, a bit limited tho.

So yes you can get the Noahlink wireless programming device and DIY the Pros from Costco, but your in 2 different countries you say? Sounds difficult.
Well there is remote support for adjustments, Costco would set them up for your dad in person, and any adjustments needed can be sent through the App on a smartphone, so he could do this himself without any input from you.

Are you able to speak to what the App can or can’t do?

Unfortunately I cannot as I don’t use it, Jabra has customer support if you want to find out more, it’s also freely available to download on Google Play or apple store.
