I have been creeping around this forum for a bit and keep trying to find a way to learn more about DIY tuning so I can potentially bring back my restaurant focus mode on my Jabra 300. However I find that nearly all of the links are missing or have been deleted. Can some one please send me some documentation and possibly the software as well so I can continue learning.

You’ll need to contact Jabra for details on how they can make adjustments for you ( so long as you signed up for the Care & Protection Package) otherwise you can manage through the App, remember these are OTC and not medical devices as like the models sold at Costco.
Jabra Enhance Select 300 are classified as OTC hearing aids (PSAP: Personal Sound Amplifier product) and sold online with telehealt service via the Jabra App.
So the programming and support will be done online by Jabra Enhance staff.
